Submissions are single-blind and should not exceed 6 pages in length including references. Submissions must be in the IEEE conference format. Accepted papers will appear in IEEE Xplore. For an accepted paper, at least one author must attend and present the work the workshop. Submissions will be accepted through EDAS.
